Shipping & Returns


We try to keep it simple and use USPS to ship all of our packages, via first class mail or Priority Mail (depending on the item, and quantity, ordered). After your order is shipped, you'll receive tracking details in your inbox, so in order to track your package, please be sure that your contact information (including email address) is correct.

Also make sure that you double check the shipping details entered during checkout, as we cannot be held responsible for incorrectly entered information. Of course, if you do realize belatedly that you've made an error in the information you've provided for your order, please contact us as soon as possible and we'll do our very best to correct it (but we can't make any promises).


We do offer local delivery for qualifying orders up to a 15-mile radius for a fee, reflected at checkout if you should choose this option (Fort Collins, Loveland, Windsor, Timnath, Johnstown, Greeley, Wellington, etc.).

Return & Exchange Policy

Unfortunately, we are unable to issue refunds or exchanges after your order has been placed. If you have any questions about our products' details, use, or need help with choosing between scents or candle dimensions (even if you'd like some advice gift giving) don't hesitate to reach out! We'd love to answer and chat about any questions about placing your order. Remember that when you place your order, you are implicitly agreeing to our store policies, as well as the terms and conditions of sale.

But hey - we're not afraid to own up to the fact that the occasional mistakes do happen because, just like you, we're human! Of course, if something does go wrong on our end, we'll do everything we can to make it right. We just ask that you contact us within 3 business days of receiving your package. If your product is damaged in shipping, make sure you contact us within 72 hours of your order's arrival (according to the package's tracking details) so we can help you to initiate a damage claim with the shipper. Requests made outside of these parameters will unfortunately be refused.

A side note in this ever-inflating economy

We stand behind our brand and our products, but gently remind our customers that we are a small business, not an Amazon-like conglomerate with access to deals on shipping based on volume. That means we do not enjoy the same volume-based perks and discounts that much bigger companies and retail stores do. we're unable to provide the same courtesies that such large-scale corporations can.
